Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped based on your chosen shipping method;

  • Fast Shipping: Processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • Standard Shipping: Processed within 72 hours of payment confirmation

Shipping & Delivery Times
We currently only ship to the United States. Estimated delivery times by shipping method:

  • Fast Shipping: 6-8 days
  • Standard Shipping: 8-10 days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and ma be affected by carrier delays or peak seasonal demand.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking details to appear after shipment confirmation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. We cannot control or predict these fees, and they vary by country.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately at greymontllc@gmail.com if you need assistance.

  • Lost packages: We will work with our fulfillment partners to confirm the status of your shipment and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement.
  • Damaged items: Please email photos of the damaged product and packaging within 7 days of delivery so we can process a replacement.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, pandemics).

Fulfillment & Quality
We partner with trusted fulfillment centers to ensure safe and efficient delivery. All products are manufactured exclusively for Apexflow according to our strict quality standard and securely packed before shipping.
