Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order at no cost at any time before it ships. Email support@apexflow-us.com with your order number. Orders are processed quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, it is covered by our 90-day refund policy instead.

Subscriptions

If you hold a subscription with us, you can cancel it at any time, with no fee, by emailing support@apexflow-us.com or by using the manage subscription link in your order emails. Cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled shipment.

Refunds after cancellation

Any payment taken for an order cancelled before shipping is refunded in full to the original payment method within 10 business days.
